• Listing Fees: Certain features of the Site may require payment, including enhanced listing options. All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
• Property Transactions: Future Heaven is not a real estate broker or agent. We do not participate in any property transactions or negotiations between users. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers, sellers, or renters. 

3. Agent and Broker Services 

• Agent Listings: Agents and brokers may use the Site to promote their services and list properties. By listing as an agent or broker, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Hiring Agents: The Site provides opportunities for users to connect with agents or brokers. Future Heaven does not endorse any particular agent or broker and is not responsible for the actions or conduct of agents or brokers listed on the Site. 

4. Services Provided 

Future Heaven provides a platform for listing and browsing real estate properties, including PG/Co-Living spaces, commercial plots, land, projects, apartments, houses/villas, farmhouses, residential land, stores, and investment properties. We also facilitate connections between property dealers, customers, and agents. 

• Property Listings:Users can list properties for sale, rent, or lease.
• Agent Services:We offer opportunities for agents to connect with potential clients.
• Lead Generation:We provide leads to property dealers to help them reach prospective buyers and tenants.
• Enhanced local and national exposure 

5. Payment and Refund Policy 

Payment terms for any services provided by Future Heaven are as follows: 

• Service Fees:Fees for premium listings, lead generation, and other services will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase. By purchasing a service, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
• Refunds:  Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of the purchase plan.
• Payment Methods:We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payment platforms. You are responsible for any fees associated with your chosen payment method. 

6. User Content 

• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you post on the Site. However, by posting content, you grant Future Heaven a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content in connection with the operation of the Site.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that violates any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, or that is harmful, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
